I’m Bindhu Alexander, the founder of Bindhu Hospitality Lab — a platform built from my passion for transforming how people experience and deliver hospitality. My career began with leading luxury hotel brands such as ITC, Hilton, Le Meridien, and Crowne Plaza, where I discovered that true service goes far beyond procedures. It lives in emotional intelligence, presence, and the ability to understand guests on a deeper human level. This belief has shaped my approach to training, coaching, and developing the next generation of hospitality professionals.
